I made these for my talk at the Australasian Association for European History conference at the Unversity of Queensland last week; there I argued that 'imperial' set-pieces like this were actually not characteristic of Hendon, despite what you read in the secondary literature, but still it seems a shame not to repost them here. The source is a British Pathé newsreel on Youtube, which I converted using Giphy.
