I'm also looking forward to reading Joanna Bourke's <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1593761139/sr=8-2/qid=1148043585/ref=pd_bbs_2/104-0061141-7204778?%5Fencoding=UTF8" rel="nofollow"><em>Fear: A Cultural History</em></a>.
